Overhaul of Condenser Water Pump #4 and #5

Service and Overhaul of qty 2 Condenser Water pump Aquaplus and renew motor bearings and seals. • Removal of motor and pump • Strip and assess pump wet end, and service internal components. • Service pump with full kit, machine and fabricate parts. • Strip motor and renew bearings and seals • Rebuild pump and motor, hydro test and paint • Install motor and pump onsite • Run test To include: • Machining and fabrication as required • Qty 2 pump complete service kit. Details to be provided • Qty 2 motors bearings and seals • Any transport to and from workshop including insurances • Any time for the permits and inductions • One unit to be worked at a time
