The City of Unley requires a competent company to supply and maintain a system which provides security for library materials, reducing the risk of theft, and improvement of customer service, by ensuring that stock is adequately protected and therefore available to customers, as well as providing customers with the capacity to help themselves with loaning of materials.This will help to reduce waiting times, and provide customers with privacy in loan of materials, as well as improve work flows for library staff, reducing the volume of materials staff handle at the desk.
