Geraldton Port Firefighting Strategy - Consultancy

Mid West Ports Authority (MWPA) is seeking submissions from suitably qualified consultants to provide all necessary services for the development of a Firefighting Strategy (FFS) for Geraldton Port.

The Port FFS will be a road map to support port operations and development that will be implemented over a two or three year (approximate) time frame.

The intent of the FFS and the upgrades that will be delivered from its recommendations will be aimed at:

• Compliance with Australian and other Standards, Codes of Practice, and other legislative and regulatory requirements,
• First response capability,
• Risk reduction and mitigation, and
• Port Business Continuity.
