Description
Tourism Tasmania conducts a range of research, measuring travel behaviour of interstate and international visitors. Some survey work is undertaken directly while other survey work is purchased from commercial providers. An important element of the current program is the continous travel tracking research, the Tasmanian Visitor Survey (TVS), a departure survey of some 17,000 respondents providing some 9,000 bonafide visitors, which focuses on visitor behavior and chioce while in the state.
