Description
The utilities literacy program will utilise a client centered approach to address the underlying issues which impact on the lives of those who are financially disadvantaged.
The purpose of the program is to reduce the prevalence of financial hardship and vulnerability for low income earners and fixed income recipients and aims to build the capacity of individualsand further prevent financial difficulties through early access to financial literacy that empowers clients to maximise their strengths and capacity building
