The Department has a requirement for a training provider to deliver an accredited training course in Diploma of Management. The first Diploma of Management training course will be attended by staff from the Consumer Protection Division only. Participants on subsequent training courses may come from any of the Department’s divisions.
The Diploma of Management is being conducted:
• to enhance management capability of staff;
• as part of succession management;
• as part of attraction and retention initiatives; and
• to provide structured training that will result in a formal qualification.
