Low Interest Loan Scheme
Details
Description
Established in 1988, the Low Interest Loan Scheme (LILS) provides non-government schools and the University of Notre Dame Australia (UNDA) with access to loan funds at favourable interest rates to undertake a range of capital development projects. This can include construction and refurbishment, including the acquisition of land on which to establish or develop new and existing schools. The Department of Education (Department) administers the LILS on behalf of the State Government.
Through this Request the Department is seeking Offers for a stable, supported and secure loan management solution (the Solution) to manage the LILS and facilitate improved internal processes. The Solution must provide end to end processes for all functions identified in the accompanying specification. The solution is stand-alone and requires little, if any, interface with other business systems or software.
