Southern Entry Concrete and Retaining Wall Remediation Works at HBF Stadium

This Tender is released in order for VenuesWest to engage a competent and experienced Contractor to deliver the works for the Southern Entry Concrete and Retaining Wall Remediation at HBF Stadium.
This Tender calls for all portions of work to be delivered and priced in separable portions and the Contract may be awarded together or separately at VenuesWest full discretion:
i. Separable Portion 1: Stage 1 - Suspended Concourse and Stairs (North Western Section)
ii. Separable Portion 2: Stage 2 - Suspended Slab Concourse (North Eastern Section); Eastern Ramped Entry Slab And Stairs, Walls And Balustrading; and
iii. Separable Portion 3: Stage 3 - Ramped Entry Slab, Stairs, Walls and Balustrading In The South Western Area;

Note: Each stage denoted on drawing Site Plan - Stages. The intention is the staged approach will always allow access to HBF Stadium via the southern entry during works.
