Prospective respondents are advised to download specification and drawing documents singularly - one (1) file per download, as these files are quite large.
The contract involves reconstruction of approx 12km of existing unsealed road to sealed standard as well as upgrade of two existing unsealed carparks to sealed standard.
The contract works generally includes the following:
• Clearing
• Earthworks
• Construction of basecourse pavement
• Drainage
• 2 Coat Bituminous surfacing
• Kerbing
• 25mm Asphalt surfacing
• Signs and miscellaneous carpark items
• Rehabilitation of sand borrow and gravel basecourse pits.
