Description
The scope of works for this project involves lead, mould and asbestos contamination remediation to areas identified within the Beecroft Weapons Range Point Perpendicular Lighthouse precinct (Bundarwa), as well as painting, internal fit-out, fire protection works and minor building services to the high value heritage buildings.
This project will require the inclusion of the Jerrinja Local Aboriginal Land Council (LALC) in project delivery. Inclusion requirements are detailed in the project preliminaries document.
