Teams Training

The Department of Industry, Science and Resources seeks to procure comprehensive training services to enhance the skills and capabilities of its staff in the area of team functioning and team dynamics. This training will support the development of critical competences necessary for working within teams to ensure a productive working environment where the skills of all members are utilised effectively. This training should align with the APS Code of Conduct and support the strategic goals of the APS. The selected provider will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training in the following broad categories:

1. Team Dynamics and Communication

2. Collaboration and Teamwork

3. High-Performing Team

4. Innovation and Problem-Solving

5. Diversity and Inclusion in Teams

6. Working in a Flexible Environment or a Hybrid and Geographically Dispersed Teams

7. Managing ongoing medical condition/s, unexpected mental health challenges and domestic violence impact on teams

8. Decision making and Delegation.

This training will support the development of critical competences necessary for working within the APS. This training should align with the APS Code of Conduct and support the strategic goals of the Department. By investing in this training, the department aims to improve the ability of APS members to ensure efficient and effective delivery of public services and projects.
