Description
- The Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) identified the need to relocate into new office accommodation in Fremantle for a number of strategic reasons. The purpose of this Project is to further enhance the utility of the office infrastructure for the AMSA Fremantle office through the provision of office, and ancillary support areas. Existing office needs would suggest a new office area of 500-600 m².
- AMSA’s existing office in Fremantle is located in a building which has been scheduled for complete demolition. AMSA must vacate its existing leased premises by the nominated date. The Project must be delivered by 4 July 2016 and is to meet AMSA specific office requirements in the tight timeline.
- The project consists of one tenancy within Level 3, 123-124 High Street: floor office area of approximately 500-600 m².
- Architectural and Services design documentation has been completed, as included in the tender documentation.
- The Project scope for 123-124 High Street is to undertake construction works, including fit out, services, furniture and audio visual, to complete the new office requirements.
