Program Review (Evaluation) of the Department of Communities Kimberley Family Domestic Violence Program (CUAAFA2024)

An evaluation consultant is required to undertake an independent process and impact evaluation of the services / programs delivered under the Kimberley Family Violence Grants Program to inform the provision of ongoing funding and drive improvements in service delivery and outcomes. The evaluation will aim to assess the appropriateness, effectiveness, efficiency, value for money and sustainability of the current services, including the identification of any opportunities and gaps in service provision, strengths and weaknesses in the service model, systemic barriers and enablers to service delivery and implementation. The consultant will collect and use qualitative and quantitative data collection methods, such as administrative records, surveys and interviews/focus groups with stakeholders, and case studies for the evaluation. The evaluation findings, key learnings, and recommendations / opportunities for improvement will be presented in a final report which is expected to be completed by 30 June 2026
