Springwood SHS - Natural Science Roof Replacement and Refurbishment (PQC Level 2)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the roof replacement and refurbishment to the Natural Science building at Springwood State High School located at 200 Springwood Road, Springwood QLD 4127, as a part of the Schools Infrastructure Enhancement Program (SIE).

The works comprise of roof sheet replacement, internal science refurbishment and demolition of building sections to create a new outdoor learning area. The building is located in the center of the school site with limited access. All works are to be completed by August 2023.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC Level 2 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

Tender Documentation will be emailed to eligiable contractors who meet the minimum PQC requirements. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.

Submissions close on Friday, 14th April 2023 at 3:00pm

IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
