Murarrie SS - Block A - GLA Refurbishment (34-702307)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a GLA Refurbishment to Block A at Murarrie SS, located at Garrett St, Murarrie QLD 4172, as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The new works encompass the refurbishment of 3 GLA spaces, 1 Flexible learning area and 3 ancillary spaces within an existing timber framed building.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1Million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
