Description
The Department of Environment and Resource Management (DERM) is inviting offers from suitably qualified contractors for the design, construction and installation of a Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) and associated Works at Waddy Point Top Camping Ground Fraser Island.
The objectives of the Waddy Point Sewerage Treatment Plant Upgrade- Fraser Island project are as follows:
1. Decommissioning of the existing Equipment
2. Installation of a Sewerage Treatment Plant that provides a consistent, reliable treatment, even under peak flows for Waddy Point Fraser Island
3. Installation of a new Generator;
4. Installation of a Recycled water distribution pumping system, including wet weather storage tanks and
5. Maintenance and Performance Monitoring Program for a period of not less than 12 months
