Description
The Training Purchasing System manages the initiation and management of contracts between DET and external RTO’s for the training purchased by DET under the User Choice and Strategic Purchasing programs. The TPUR component manages the processing of a contract to the awarding of the contract; TPAY manages the processes after the contract has been awarded. The POL system provides on line user access.
The project has commenced the development phase and requires business analysis resources to:
Effectively liaise with business and technical stakeholders to identify and validate ICT business requirements.
Identify and document the functional and non functional system requirements utilising Unified Modelling
Language UML – in particularly UML Use Cases for the functional requirements.
Model and document logical system design specifications, and
Develop system interface specifications
