Panel Standing Offer Arrangement for the provision of safe and efficient Road Construction and Maintenance services (gang rate for plant, labour and direct supervision) for the effective delivery of civil construction and maintenance projects within the Capricornia area during the period 10 January 2011 to 30 June 2012.
The provision of construction crews for Civil Works and NDRRA flood restoration projects within the Emerald and Rockhampton areas. This Standing Offer Arrangement is set up to ensure the supply of reliable plant with competent operators, support resources and vehicles covered by safety and regulatory systems of operation
