More Trains, More Services - Regional Rail Enabling Works Concept Design - Technical Advisory Services - ISD-18-7725/B59

The Contractor is to provide Regional Rail Enabling Works Concept Design activities to undertake an assessment of several scope items covering stabling capacity and provisioning to develop concept designs, delivery schedules, environmental and heritage impact assessments and associated specialist studies and pre-tender cost estimates. This engagement has since been varied, including: Extension of Time Scope changes required to include Risk Assessment Services of legacy issues at stabling locations Scope changes required to include Design Services for Southern Cross (Melbourne) Station and Broken Hill Stabling Yard - work now suspended Scope changes required to include additional Environmental, Archaeological and Heritage assessment impact reports and other specialist studies as required Scope changes required to include additional concept designs, cost estimates and any associated supporting documents for compliance Car Markers for Tumback and Stabling Scope changes to include Project Management Office (PMO) services and additional concept designs, cost estimates and any associated supporting documents for the Eveleigh Mobile Training Simulator. Scope changes to Orange Stabling and Crew Facility Requirements Specification, Orange Works (potable water and decanting) and ad hoc environmental comments/queries.
