PAR24476 DMMF Paint Shop, Lead Professional Services Consultant

Renewal SA are seeking to engage the services of an appropriately experienced, qualified, and capable Lead Professional Services Consultant (LPSC) to work with Renewal SA to perform the role of Lead Consultant to successfully design a specialised aircraft paint facility. The intent of this procurement is for Renewal SA to directly engage the Lead Consultant for the initial design phase services to work through an ECI process until approximately 70% Detailed Design, at which point the Lead Consultant will be novated over to the Principal Contractor, as part of their D&C team.

The procurement documentation will ask the LPSC to outline their fees for all stages, to allow Renewal SA to get an indicative understanding of the totality of design fees, however the contractual scope will only include the first three stages (pre-novation).

The LPSC will be responsible for the coordination of all required design disciplines and obtaining any required Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) advice to comprehensively deliver the design of the DMMF Paint Shop. The facility will support industry leading, technologically driven, efficient, and environmentally compliant painting operations for aircraft including surface preparation, painting, curing, and associated support services. The LPSC will deliver the initial design phases with later engagement with an ECI contractor. The next phase will be a D&C Contract to deliver a solution for final facility operator fit out and operational use. The project will consist of an initial stage, and then 4 primary design stages as outlined below.

Pre-Novation

• Stage 1: Preliminary Review and Return Brief
• Stage 2: 30% Concept Design
• Stage 3: 70% Detailed Design

Post-Novation

• Stage 4: 100% Design and Novation
• Stage 5: Construction phase and DLP
