Conduct the external audit of: University of Wollongong UOW Pulse Ltd The University of Wollongong USA Foundation UOW Global Enterprises (UOWGE) and its controlled entities for the financial year ending 31 December 2020 to the conclusion of the audit for financial year ending 31 December 2022 with the option to extend for the years ending 31 December 2023 and 31 December 2024. The contract price for the first year audit is fixed. The fee escalation for subsequent years including optional years will be at the lower rate of Consumer Price Index Sydney (ABS Catalogue 6401.4) or 2.5%.
