Description
Programmed Facility Management (PFM) on behalf of the Building Management and Works (BMW) and Department of Education (DoE) are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Roof Replacement and Remedial Works at Medina Primary School.
Scope of Works
The Works generally comprises the completion of re roofing from tiles to metal roofing, some structural upgrade works to external verandah walls, replacement of various external wall linings, window replacements and maintenance works, and various sundry minor works to an existing classroom block with 3 wings at Medina Primary School.
