Description
The scope of works for this project involves the replacement / refurbishment of High Voltage Electrical and Water infrastructure located at Irwin Barracks.
This project includes the following electrical works to a high voltage system:
- Installation and replacement of various cables;
- Reconfiguration of substations;
- Replacement of transformers; and
- Replacement of switchboards.
Works to the water systems are required as it is proposed to zone the combined fire and potable water via introduction of new isolation valves, and introduction of new branch connections to enable isolating the system in discrete sectors and buildings.
Both tasks require any reinstatement make good works of the area.
