Description
The Australian Antarctic Division requires Inmarsat and Iridium Satellite Communication Services for its fleet of Inmarsat and Iridium Terminals operated in Antarctica, Southern Ocean and Australia.
The Primary requirement is the provision of airtime for existing and future terminals. This will include low and high usage plans as well as a full range of support services including electronic billing, monthly and daily electronic call records, on-line provisioning, email notification of faults and issues, and 24 x 7 help desk.
