Description
WorkCoverSA and its Claims Management Agent, Employers Mutual Limited, require substantial legal services in connection with their management and administration of workers’ compensation claims under the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1986 (SA). WorkCoverSA is conducting a two-stage procurement process, consisting of a Request for Expressions of Interest and a Request for Tender, to appoint a panel of one or more suitably qualified and experienced legal practitioners or firms to provide those services over a three and a half year term. WorkCoverSA invites interested legal practitioners and firms to register to submit an Expression of Interest by sending an email to [email hidden]. Details of what is required to submit an Expression of Interest will be provided upon registration.
