The West Beach Trust invites expressions of interest from individuals or organisations to operate the Boat Storage Area at its Boat Haven, Barcoo Road, West Beach. - The Area is approx 4200sq metres, chain mesh fences with key card operated gate, floodlit, bituminised and line-marked for 72 storage bays. - - Use of the area is for the purpose of boat and ancillary equipment storage and associated activities such as launching services, etc. Proponents will be offered a lease of the site for a term to be agreed. Proposals should detail previous experience in boating, storage, or allied businesses and the method of operating the boat storage facility.
