LeadershipSA is an initiative of the Office for the Commissioner for Public Employment, to increase the capabilities of leaders and managers across the public sector. In 1999/2000 a program for senior managers was delivered as a part of the LeadershipSA initiative. Proposals are invited to further develop and deliver this leadership development program in 2000/2001.
