DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND CONSERVATION REQUEST FOR TENDER SW09-08 RESEAL CAR PARK WITH ASPHELT, CONSTRUCTION OF CONCTRETE PEDESTRIAN PATHWAYS, KERBS, TIMBER TOP LIMESTONE SEATS AT HAMELIN BAY IN THE LEEUWIN NATURALISTE NATIONAL PARK Quotes are invited from suitably experienced and equipped operators to supply all materials and reseal bitumen car park with asphalt, supply and install kerbs and line marking, limestone coloured concrete footpaths, natural cut limestone concrete seats and associated minor works at Hamelin Bay Day Use Area in the Leeuwin Naturaliste National Park. The contract is in three distinct parts and may be awarded all or in part. Site inspection (which is a condition of tender) will be held on Thursday 12 November at 10.30 am at Hamelin Bay northern car park. To register for site inspection and for further details on the project, contact Dave Lathwell at the District Office on 9752 5555 from 05 November onward. Quotes are to be lodged in the tender box at the Department's District Office, 14 Queen Street Busselton 6280, before 3pm on 26 November 2008. The Director General or his authorised officer may, but is not obliged to, accept or reject any tender.
