TAC and Our Business

The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) is a Victorian statutory authority responsible for managing a transport accident compensation scheme that pays benefits to people injured in transport accidents as required by the Transport Accident Act 1986 (Vic) (TAC Clients). Benefits payable by the TAC to TAC Clients include medical services, rehabilitation services and disability services.
The TAC’s responsibilities include:
  • promoting the prevention of transport accidents and safety in the use of transport; and
  • designing and promoting, so far as possible, programs designed to secure the early and effective medical and vocational rehabilitation of persons injured as a result of a transport accident.
The Requirement
Through this Tender Process, the TAC is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified organisations to provide secure commercial secondary storage, retrieval, and courier services for TAC records in accordance with the Conditions of Tendering included in Part A
