Corinda SHS ? Hall Air Conditioning (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new Air Conditioning system to the Assembly Hall at Corinda SHS, located at 46 Pratten St, Corinda QLD 4075, as part of the School Direct program.

The scope includes installation of a new mechanical system and construction of associated building works to the existing Assembly Hall at Corinda SHS. The position of the building is in the middle of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by November 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1 million.
