Access Portal for Clinical Reference Material and Associated Content

The Department seeks the supply of a hosted clinical information portal to provide DHHS staff with rapid access to clinical evidence and reference material at the point of care and to establish a panel of suppliers able to provide content in subjects relevant to health and human services (research databases, electronic journals, electronic textbooks and other electronic information resources) to be delivered through the portal.
