The Department of Treasury and Finance is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced company to undertake air conditioning upgrades within Building VII at 21 Murray Street, Hobart.
The works will require the removal of existing air conditioning units and installation of new VRV units, including new pipe work to support the system. The removal of three existing rooftop condenser units and installation of a new single condenser unit.
