Description
The Savage River Rehabilitation Project (SRRP) is seeking tenders for the monitoring of river flow, water quality and sample collection from the Savage River and its tributaries for a three-year period commencing in November 2008. The contracted services will also include the maintenance of probes and data logging equipment, and the retrieval of data. The SRRP involves the remediation of historical acid drainage sources on the Savage River Mine site and is a cooperative project between the Department and Australian Bulk Minerals.
