Schools Concrete and Masonry Repairs
at
North Metropolitan Region Schools
Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Education North Metropolitan Region is seeking tenders from Registered Builders with recent experience in school projects to undertake concrete and masonry repairs in accordance with the drawings and specifications provided for the following schools:
International School of Western Australia
Carine Senior High School
Morley Senior High School
Girrawheen Senior High School
Greenwood Senior High School
Hampton Senior High School
Tuart College
John Forrest Senior High School
Tenderers will need to register for documents with Beryl Maynard on 9288 1255 or by emailing [email hidden] by no later than 4.00pm Friday 14 October 2011.
Documents will be available for pickup between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday 17 October 2011 and 4.00pm Tuesday 18 October 2011.

21 Mounts Bay Road, Perth WA 6000
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 10.00am Wednesday 19 October 2011 at John Forrest Senior High School.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing date: 2.00pm Thursday 10 November 2011.
