Jandakot & Rockingham Bus Depot - Supply & Install Workshop Whirly Birds

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Public Transport Authority (PTA) for Transperth are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to supply & install workshop ventilation in the roof with the use of commercial whirly birds. Where an item of work is not expressly mentioned in the Project documents but is necessary for the satisfactory completion and performance of the Contract works, it shall be performed by the Contractor at the Contractor?s expense. The works are limited to 8x workshop bays at Jandakot Bus Depot and 3x workshop bays at Rockingham Bus Depot. Scope of Works The Work includes but is not limited to: Supply & install 22x 900mm diameter commercial whirly birds (2 per workshop bay as per the below & attached)16x at Jandakot Bus Depot (as per mark up attached)6x at Rockingham Bus Depot (as per mark up attached)Finish to match roof coloursSuitable for zone wind ratingInclude all necessary pan flashings and sealants consumablesMake good and secure, insulation and safety meshLocations on mark-up attached are approximates only, most suitable position TBC onsiteIn your cost, please allow for the following;Safety, logistics and access equipment as required;All rubbish & debris removed from site at completion; Works will need to occur such as not to affect the operation of the bus depot, when possible. Unavoidable interruptions (shutdowns) will need to be coordinated and approved by Depot Management and PFM; after hour rates or weekend rates should be applied to those works in contractor?s submission. Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
