South Metropolitan Health Services - Peel Health Campus - Transformation Program - Critical Infrastructure Upgrade Dry Fire Works.

The Works comprise of dry fire compliance, fire penetration rectification works and such other work as referenced in the Specification and on the drawings, including but not limited to:
Design, Supply and Install materials, labour, tools, access requirements etc, to upgrade the existing fire and smoke and new walls;

- Provide fire seal and smoke seal systems;
- Design, Supply and Installation of Fire Doors, Smoke Doors, hardware, seals, signage;
- Supply and installation of fire attenuation screens;
- Design, Supply, Construct and Install all the components of the modified air handling systems including duct work, dampers, access panels, acoustics, thermal insulation and air diffusion equipment
- Premises will be occupied during the currency of the Contract.

The Contractor shall ensure that it causes minimal inconvenience and disturbance to the occupants by developing an agreed schedule of works.
