PENOLA WAR MEMORIAL HOSPITAL ADDITIONS AND ALTERATIONS

The project consists of refurbishment (approx. 140sqm) to the existing Western wing of the Hospital and a new addition (approx.120sqm) consisting of new lounge/dining room, bedroom, ensuite, corridor and nook. The project also involves some landscaping and civil works, new mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire safety services. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 4 at the time of tender close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
