Description
The Public Transport Authority’s (PTA) requires a Contractor to plan, design, construct, test and commission the Office based and field based Infrastructure Monitoring SCADA for the Public Transport Centre (PTC). This is to be integrated into the existing Infrastructure Monitoring SCADA system. This includes new alarms requirements identified through the alarms rationalisation process for the Automatic and Static Power Transfer Switch Replacements (ATS/STS) and PTC Power Supply Upgrade projects. The PTA Facilities and Infrastructure branch have also identified SCADA requirements for existing infrastructure including storm water pumps, sewage pumps, fresh water booster pumps, flood pumps, sprinkler booster pumps, fire pumps, generator water cooling pumps, diesel fuel transfer pumps and PTC generator alarms. These alarms have been rationalised with the Facilities branch and will incorporated and commissioned as part of this scope. These alarms are currently monitored by the GE Fanuc PLC which is approaching end of life.
