Description

The Department of Training and Workforce Development (Department) requires the provision of services to administer the annual Student Satisfaction Survey (the Survey) of current Vocational Education and Training (VET) students in Western Australia. The Survey will be administered to students studying at TAFEs and WA Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), as well as publicly funded students studying at private training providers.

The Survey gathers responses from a population of more than 70,000 students in Western Australia. The Survey collects data on a range of factors driving student satisfaction including:

  • course costs;
  • training provider location;
  • support services; and
  • infrastructure

Administration of the Student Satisfaction Survey involves project management, survey refinement, survey administration, creation of data files, data analysis and reporting.
