Background
The Public Transport Authority (PTA) currently maintains over 4,308 licences to support its current Genetec Security Centre application. These are split across multiple sites across the PTA metropolitan network, such as stations, bus depots, mobile patrol vehicles and operational control centres
Scope of Services
The scope of the contract is broken down into two areas
- Provide the PTA with ongoing maintenance support for its Genetec Security Centre Software application (commonly referred to as the SMA) over a three (3) year contract term commencing the 1st July 2022 and ending 30th June 2025
- Provides the PTA with a preferred tenderer for the purchase of additional licences covered under the scope and duration of the contract.
The Tenderer will be expected to work externally to the PTA premises utilising its own resources.
