The Geordie Bay commercial complex currently services the visitors staying in the vicinity of Geordie Bay / Longreach on Rottnest Island. The complex houses a Laundry, General Store, Café and a toilet facility.
The toilet facility which is attached to the commercial complex is aging and approaching the end of its service life.
The objective is to upgrade the Toilet Facility to provide an enhanced visitor experiences with improvements to this visitor amenity on the island.
