Description
The South Australian Housing Trust is seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of a Fencing maintenance service on Trust rental properties located in the metropolitan and some country areas of South Australia. Tenderers are invited to lodge their submission against the terms and conditions specified within the tender document. This trade has not been previously tendered and represents an expansion of the current zone maintenance contracting system. New contractors, as well as existing Trust contractors, are invited to register their interest. A Contractor Information Session will be held in Adelaide as listed in the Tender Document. It is strongly recommended that all Tenderers attend the listed information session to be informed of the key elements of this new period contract.
