Description
The Department of Health and Ageing is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and licensed building professionals to:
- Conduct Certification Assessments of Commonwealth - funded residential aged care services throughout Australia as required by the Aged Care Act 1997 under a Deed of Standing Offer;
- Provide technical support on issues associated with the Building Code of Australia and Australian Standards;
- Conduct a review of the 1999 Certification Assessment Instrument and supporting documentation.
