PORT LINCOLN PRIMARY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION UPGRADE

Tenders for the following project are invited from Department for Administrative and Information Services (DAIS) Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 4. Work consists of a staged administration and computer room upgrade to an existing administration and multi purpose single storey solid building with heritage significance. All work is contained within the proposed building. External works include general building repairs along with the provision of new access ramps and steps including a major electrical upgrade. Tenderers are advised that separate and/or combined tender submissions for both projects listed below will be accepted and evaluated accordingly consisting of: Port Lincoln Primary School Administration Upgrade Kirton Point Primary School Administration Upgrade Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 4 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
