Description
Tenders are invited from rotary wing aircraft operators to assist personnel from the Department for Environment and Heritage with feral goat control operations in the Flinders Ranges district of South Australia. The operational area will include the Gammon Ranges National Park and adjacent properties, the Flinders Ranges National Park and adjacent properties, and The Dutchmans Stern Conservation Park. A Robinson R22 Beta helicopter is required for mustering operations only from 19 February 2001 to 4 March 2001 inclusive. A second machine (turbo-charged or turbine essential) is required for mustering and shooting operations from 21 February 2001 to 14 March 2001 inclusive. This second machine will also be employed to undertake aerial 1080 dried meat baiting for foxes in the Gammon Ranges National Park.
