The Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade located in the RG Casey Building in Barton, Canberra, ACT, proposes to construct a Consular Crisis Centre to be located on level 4 of the Centre building. The works will include extensive alterations to the existing fitout including buidling works, modifications to the base building electrical, mechanical, fire and hydraulic services, installation of new supplementary mechanical air conditioning units, installation of AV cabling and equipment as well as coordination with work to be performed by others outside the contract including electronic security and carpet laying
