The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) has embarked on a program to improve the quality of staff accommodations in the Western Australian regions. The Customer is seeking offers for the demolition and site remediation of the Laundry/Morgue building onsite at the Marble Bar Nursing Post located at 20 Station Street MARBLE BAR WA 6760 described in this Request. This building is a single story with a raised concrete slab and veranda. Its construction was prior to 1965, as such it is to be treated as containing asbestos during demolition and disposal.
