Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works at the following premises located in Spalding, Geraldton.

• Lot 2519, 1/3 Houston Street, Spalding, WA, 6530
• Lot 2519, 2/3 Houston Street, Spalding, WA, 6530
• Lot 2519, 5/3 Houston Street, Spalding, WA, 6530

PFM reserves the right to award at least one property upon evaluation. Please quote for each property separately and also show costs savings if awarded two or more properties.

PFM reserves the right to award to one or multiple contractors based on the value for money decision at the time.

1. 1. Scope of Works

The Work includes but is not limited to.

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote.

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
