The Roxy Theatre – Financial and Economic Analysis Services - RFT 1000013-04

This request for tender (RFT) is to procure the services of a consultant to deliver the financial and economic analysis to support a NSW Treasury compliant Final Business Case (FBC) for the Roxy Theatre, Parramatta. The consultant will work with Create NSW and other consultants to undertake and deliver the financial and economic analysis for the FBC. The FBC will explore the viability and benefits of remediating and refurbishing the Roxy Theatre in Parramatta as a live performance venue, investigating several design options. The consultancy will either have in-house experience/expertise in the following areas or will engage subconsultants where necessary to deliver the following work: •Economic and financial analysis and appraisals •Benefits realisation plan
