Description
Rottnest Island Authority is seeking a suitably qualified vendor for the accommodation refurbishment project at Geordie and Fays Bay. The works comprise the internal refurbishment and courtyard upgrade of 51 accommodation units in Geordie Bay and 16 accommodation units in Fays Bay. Pricing is to be provided per separable portion breakdown identified in the RFT Documents.
The objective is to provide enhanced visitor experiences with improvements to visitor accommodation units on the island to implement initiatives outlined in Rottnest Island Management Plan RIMP 2023-28.
